13 Motivational Yoga Quotes to Inspire Your Practice
Whether you're a beginner yogi, or you've been practicing Yoga for years, there will be times in your journey when you find it difficult to find the motivation necessary to get up off of your couch & get to Yoga class. As someone who has been practicing Yoga for more than 10-years, I wish I could say that staying motivated gets easier, but the truth is, it doesn't.
In my own Yoga journey, there are times when I'm super motivated & excited to head to class. Sometimes I'll be so motivated, I attend two classes in a single day. Then, there are other times when I think about going to Yoga class but can't bear the thought of getting dressed & leaving my house. It's times when my motivation is at an all-time low that I dig deep for motivation & summon the strength necessary to go to Yoga class.
When I'm just not in the mood to practice Yoga, I find it helpful to immerse myself in Yoga culture. I watch videos on YouTube, read Yoga-related articles & scour the internet for great Yoga quotes. In my latest internet deep dive for motivational quote to inspire my Yoga practice, I cam across a couple of great quotes that I just had to share with The Essential Life community.
